Terms and Conditions

  1. You must have your own domain name. Only one domain per account.

  2. No adult content, illegal material, viruses, cracking, or copyright infringement. This server operates under U.S. law.

  3. No spamming. Spam is any unsolicited bulk message.

  4. You own and are responsible for your files. This includes keeping back-ups.

  5. You may not run IRC bots, or heavy-load scripts. These processes will be terminated to protect the server.

  6. Accounts that exceed the transfer limit are suspended until the next month. Contact us to prevent this from happening.

If we, at our sole discretion, determine that you've broken these rules, we'll try to resolve things nicely. In extreme cases, we'll suspend or terminate your account. We will occasionally check our servers for illegal content. These terms subject to change; changes will be posted at the location of this file.

Although we'd like to answer all of your questions, tech support is not included in this service. The server historically maintained a 99.9% uptime, however, this service is provided on an as-is/as-available basis, at your risk. Hosting fees are paid yearly and are non-refundable.
